How it works

Our primary aim is to give you the best customer experience and make refilling as easy as possible.

We Refill

If you choose to refill your own bottles we will collect these and deliver them filled.

Pre-loved will be delivered on the next available delivery day and we pick up any empties you leave out.

We deliver

We deliver / collect every Monday and Friday (excluding bank holidays).

Delivery is FREE if you live in ME13

Spend £10 for free delivery in ME10

Spend £20 for free delivery everywhere else.

£2.95 standard delivery charge for orders below minimum spend

We have a collection of over 250 bottles that we have washed and cleaned ready to deliver for you.

About us

About us

Our names are Anna and Iain. We set up Refill Faversham in the summer of 21 with the mindset that we could make a difference by offering refills that don't cost the earth (too cheesy?) and a way that is affordable and easy for people to help reduce their single use plastic.

We honestly believe that Refilling is a habit that can work for a sustainable future. You always reuse your bags for shopping, so why not reuse your bottles for all your household goods...
