Yes. Our refill store offers all of the available The minimum you can purchase from us is 100ml and the max amount we offer is 5L. If you would like more than 5L then please reach out to us.

For refills we only offer delivery in ME and CT postcodes (Kent). If you live at a ME13 post code, our delivery is free of charge with no minimum order. If you live at a ME10 post code, our delivery is £2.95 unless your order is over £10 and we cover the charge. If you live elsewhere then we charge £2,95, unless your order is over £20 where we cover the cost for you. For our Eco Store we send via royal mail and will be with you in 3-5 working days. If you are unsure on if we will deliver to you or not, please reach out to us.

ME13 Customers We deliver on Mondays and Fridays If you select to use your own container then we will collect on the next available Mon/Fri and then and then deliver filled on the following delivery day. All other ME and CT postcodes We deliver on Fridays in pre loved bottles only The order cut off is 6pm the day before delivery/collection.

If you're going to be out just let us know where your containers will be left for us to collect and where your safe place for us to leave your refills on delivery. We are always happy to leave with a neighbour if you let us know.

When you select 'my own' on any of the refills you order with us, we will pick up your containers on the following Monday or Friday. We will then fill these up and deliver on the next available delivery day. We will send a message to let you know when we will be collecting. Please note, we offer 'my own' for ME13 customers only

No. We do not offer collection at this time. We've worked hard simplifying and making Refill Faversham easier. We believe that offering an online service where you can order from your phone and get them to your door is the way to go. We hope to offer a collection service in the future.

Yes. All of our refills are plant based and vegan friendly.

Yes. All of our refills are bio-degradable which makes them friendly for septic tanks.

This is a circular economy, which means we get our tanks delivered, we fill up bottles (plastic or glass) and take bottles back and then we return our tanks to our suppliers to they are re-used. Our number one aim is reducing single use plastic and operating as we do helps achieve this.

No. We are a delivery only business. The reason we can offer our refills at affordable prices is because we don't have the overheads of a market stall or shop. We love that you can order your refills in the comfort of your own home and get them delivered to your door.

Yes. We're keen on supporting local business's. We offer a 5% discount on your total order, every order when you spend £30. Reach out to us to get more information and we would be happy to support.

Yes. Here at Refill Faversham we re-purpose all of our plastic bottles so that they can be re-used and re-loved. If you do wish to donate some bottles we offer a free empty collection pick up service in ME13 post codes. Select Empty collection at our refill store and checkout. Don't live in ME13 then please reach out to us and we'll arrange something alternative.
