Our bottle bank is currently full. 
 
Therefore we are only taking back bottle we have provided to keep them within our closed loop. Any additional bottles that you have that you planned to donate, we cannot take. However please consider refilling these yourself but selecting 'my own' on your favourite refills.
 
To arrange for you empty containers to be collected, simply add a collection to your basket and continue to place your order. We will then collect on the following Monday or Friday as requested.
 
On your chosen day please leave you empty containers out for us to stop by and collect contact free. If it is not in clear view please comment on where you will have left these so that we can find them. If there is no safe spot or if it is a particularaly windy day, we will always knock to collect these instead. 
 
These will then be cleaned out and put back into stock to be reused again and again to ensure a closed loop system.
 
Any area outside of ME13, we will only collect your empty containers when delivering an order at the same time. Again, we can only take bottle that we have provided from our bank.
